Papers books are dead, Do you agree?

I think is better and more easy, for exemple if your kindle doesn't work, so you won't learn.

Firstly, I think the paper books is better for learning and reading.
And, when you finish to read your book, you can to put your book in your library, and it's beautiful to have a collection of books.

Secondly, the paperbooks are beautiful, they have pictures...
In addition, the paper books existed for many years, and for this reason, should continue.
Also, it's possible, same as a music and films, and kindle's book will be download illegally. It's possible, I am not sure.

Finally, I think that the paper books can disappear in the next years, because a lot of people love a new tecnology.
I agree that the things change, and the things evolue but not a lot.
I hope the people think about it and continue with a paper books.

LOVE STORY BETWEEN I AND MY AUSTRALIAN SHEPHERD!

The Australian Shepherd is a breed of herding dog that was developed in ranches in the Western United States.
Although it is called australian, the breed commonly known as Aussie, did not iriginate in Australia.
Crossed with Basque shepherders, coming to the US from Australia, they were given the name of Australian Shepherds.
These dogs became quickly famous in western riding after the Second World War. We could admire them in rodeos, horse shows, even in Disney movies made for TV!
The Australian shepherds are very cleaver dogs, learn quite rapidly and enjoy games. They constitute an excellent human companionship. They need always to be near their owners. They must do a lot of exercices every day. As they are originally dogs to work with herds, they sometimes consider their owners as a herd and they have a tendency of jumping and biting. But they do not do it badly.
They enjoy living in ranch like conditions, running in the fields. For them, the worst think is to live in a city with owners who will not spend enough time with them.
This last summer, I and my mother we went to the veterinary for my cat. While my mother was discussing with the veterinary, his wife invited me to come in the waiting room and see lovely dogs. There, I saw a couple who was bringing their puppies to get vaccinated.
When I saw these puppies looking as teddy bears I suddenly felt in my heart I met my new companion.
Immediately I rushed to my mother praying in myself she would agree to buy one of these marvellous dogs.
At first, she did not want. We lost our « Cavalier King Charles » one year before and my mother found too hard to take an other dog. But the people with their puppies were so lovely! They talked about the Australian Shepherds and gave to my mother their card.
During two days,I was talking about these puppies. I took informations in Interned and tried to convince my parents. Soon in August, it would be my birthday. My parents wanted to offer me a watch but I told them I rather liked a dog!
Finally, after a lot of negociations, we went to their ranch and when my mother saw all these puppies running, jumping she agreed for buying one.
That was my most beautiful gift. You can not imagine how cued this dog, called « Elie » is. Now my parents are crazy about it. Elie is really an incredible dog. She is so cleaver, beautiful and we are sharing extraordinary moments. She is well adapted to the family life and plays a lot with my father's dog, an English Setter.
It is really a wonderful experience!!

Chritsmas in Paris.

My brother works in Paris and we decided to go to Paris to spend Christmas with him. I am so happy. Do you imagine to see Paris by night , mostly at this time. All the streets are illuminated, the shops show their most beautiful decorations, the people are running in the streets to make their last shopping.
My brother Sébastien lives near « Notre Dame de Paris », this wonderful Cathedral. We will not get a place for the christmas evening, Isuppose too many people want to attend the midnight mass. So we will go to the nearest one, a smaller one.
On december 24th , in the morning we will leave by car. We will have to spend 8 hours in the car to reach Paris.
Then, we decided to have dinner in a restaurant, before going to the midnight mass. I will stay by my brother's flat and my parents will go to the hotel. I am so glad to stay by my my brother. He is 9 years older than me but we make a lot of fun when we are together. Now the difference is not so big as before when I was a little girl.
What about Christmas day? Surely we will eat the traditional big chicken. We will stay by Sebastien. I am sure he is going to decorate his flat very well. He likes that and he must be very happy to invite his parents and his sister.
Then, perhaps we will go and visit some places the day after Christmas. I do not know what. There are so many things to do in Paris but we just enjoy to spend Christmas together.

Summer holidays in Ireland, a dreams comes true.

Last july, I spent 2 weeks in Ireland. There was such a long time I wished to spend equestrian holidays in Ireland.
Ireland is a fantastic country for horse riding, Irish people are so friendly and the conviviality is real. It is not a legend.
Myself, I went to Sligo, the most beautiful area of Western Ireland, on the atlantic coast.
This area is known to be the first site settled by man in Ireland.
For horse riders, it offers very good equestrian facilities, sympathic instructors, healthy and well trained horses.
It is a horseman's paradise: galloping along the beaches to the mountains, pine forests, prairies...
After my arrival in plane at Dublin, a bus picked me up with other boys and girls, to our guest center.
I stayed by a lady's house. She was very kind, she was about 70 years old and every morning, she was preparing a true english breakfast! Then I was taking the bus to go to our center.
The first day, we were divided in groups and levels. We were riding 3 hours every morning.
One day, we rided to Knocknarea mountain and we climbed to the grave of one of Ireland's greatest warriors. From this site, we could appreciate the beauty of the Emerald Isle.
Everyday, we discovered new places and everytime it was exciting, galloping together.
In the afternoon, we had 3 hours of English course. I believe, I improved my english. Before these holidays I never talked so mauch English. We had a lot of exercises to do and also we had to make oral presentations!
In the evening, I was coming back to the lady's house, sharing the dinner with her. We were discussing about our families, she told me she wanted to go to Australia because his son was living there. Her house was small but very well decorated. The irish people are really kind and we feel well with them.
In the center I met a french girl Ophelie who lives in Paris. We enjoyed ourselves and we stayed friends. After leaving Ireland, I invited her in Empuriabrava and she found the place wonderful.
We were allowed to go out in the night, in Sligo. We went to the pub and all of us we were talking english, french, spanish, and there were also Italians.
We went also twice a week to surf and we made a lot of fun.
I keep in my mind all these fantastic moments shared with people from different countries and for me it is an incredible experience!

News: Strange guests in the White House.

What a joke!

On the 24 th of November, Michaele ant Tareq Salahi posted pictures of themselves on their Facebook page posing with Vice President Joe Biden, White House chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel and other guests.

The couple was uninvited to the State Dinner of the White House, for the visit of the Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.

This couple, from the northern part of the U.S. State of Virginia wasn't on the guest list. Although there were several layers of White House security, the couple introduced itself in the dinner.

The procedures for checking the guest list haven't been well followed.

The washington Post relates that the couple wanted to be shown as Television stars.

This is very funny but actually in our age of terrorism, we can expect that the Secret Service is making investigations to find out how this happened.

News. The Copenhagen climate summit.

The two biggest countries pollued in the world China and United States will attend a major Copenhagen climate summit on the 7th of December 2009 until 18 th.
The chinese government is ready to cooperate with the international community.
China announced plans "to reduce the intensity of Carbon dioxide ommissions per unit", of gross domestic product product in 2020 by 40 percent to 45 percent.
This is the major contribution to the global effort.
On the other hand, U.S. President Barack Obama announced last wednesday, that he would attend the summit.Obama is prepared to reduce emissions to 17 percent below 2005 levels by 2020.
The executive secretary of the climate change conference said that it was a good new that Chinaand U.S. would cooperate, but called "for rich countries to come up with money to help poor countries" to develop.
The hope that all the countries will agree to a global treaty to fight climate change.

Plastic surgery. The interest it for patients.

Through experiences that lived several patients, we can say that plastic surgery can allow people to reconstract their lives.
Some of them are telling about their stories and it is always hard to understand the kind of troubles occurring after a terrible accident, a cancer.
How awful it is for a woman who has the breast cancer, for example, a young girl of 18 years old had several complex surgeries to her back and chest after a cancer, she faced heavy plastic surgeries and now she has triumphed successfully and can recover a normal life.
What about those who had a terrible accident? When they have undergone terrible injuries, for instance on their nose or other parts of their body, plastic surgeries can do miracles and help these people have a new normal life. Of course, they need also psychological support but what the surgeons make for them is admiring.
On my point of view, I thing that plastic surgery is useful to help people to reconstruct their life in particular cases, but we must ask ourselves when some people go too much to see a plastic surgeon to do remakes, like the stars or other persons who want to change all the time one part of their body because they do not like the way their are.
That is an other problem, more psychogical than physical

Horse riding in Montana.

The american dream, a magical experience of western life.
Who has not dreamed to discover western riding?
Herds of cows and horses through the vast plains of MONTANA, guided by cowboys and wranglers of the ranch.
To feel an impression of freedom, enjoying the beauty of the landscape, that is what I want to share with my friend, Ophélie. I met Ophélie during my last summer holidays, spent in Ireland. Both of us are sharing the same passion: HORSE RIDING.
So we decided to spend 3 weeks, next summer in a ranch, in the North of America, in Montana. Of course our parents agree if we do a good work at school!!
Now, let's talk about our next horse riding vacations, in the ranch.
The ranch is situated in the heart of America and the centre of Montana, isolated in the middle of green valleys, surrounded by the well-known « CRAZY MOUNTAINS ».
It offers us a lifestyle most adapted to nature, no tennis courts or TV!
Since the ranch has been built in 1870 by the first pionners, there has not been many changes. It stayed really in its original look.
Time is spent in the ranch with the family who owns the ranch. There is a lot of places to ride and a lot of work to do.
Montana is perfect for horse riding: praieries, banks of the lakes, forests on the hill sides.
Usually, we can ride about 4h30 to 6hrs a day. There are about 40 guest horses (some Mustangs and cross breeds).
But we can also do cattle work once or twice a week. We are moving herds from pasture to pasture, bringing the bulls home, checking for sick or injured cattle, moving the cattle to better grass and water. If we are good riders, we do not need a wrangler by our side.
The local wildlife is rich and full of wild animals: golden eagles, antelope, bear, coyotes, foxes, and so on...
I and my friend Ophélie, we are so impatient to discover this paradise on earth!

News: Water on the Moon.

Since man touched the Moon, scientits have thought that the lunar was dry.

But new findings, detailed in the Journal Science on last Septembe 25, related the evidence of "luna water ice".

This happened because two Nasa spacecraft intentionnally slammed into a lunar crater ( CABEUS) last month.

"It's very exciting" said Gregory Deloy ( University of California)

The regular surface of the Moon, as seen from Earth is drier than any desert of our planet. But there is a long time, the scientists thought that some places might be full of water.

If they really find big quantities of water, then this water could be an useful resource for the astronauts who are based on the lunar polar.

Mike Wargi the NAsa's dief lunar scientist said that this water could be a drinking water.

Scientists hope also that the water, in the form of ice accumuled over billions years could teach us a lot about the solar system.

This discovery is very important and we are now expeting further informations about the Moon. The problem is that President Barack Obama said the budgets are not enough to make an other mission until 2020.

The cadre noir de Saumur.

One of the most prestigious school of horse riding is the « CADRE NOIR DE SAUMUR ».
During the wars of the Revolution and the Empire, the French Cavalry was known to be brave. But the problem was that most of the horses died because of the contagious diseases, the ferocity of the fights. At the same time, the equstrian formation was not good at all.
After the Napoleonic wars, the French Cavalry disappeared.
So, after 1825, a Cavalry School was created in Saumur, with the goal to « normalize the employment of the war horse ».
The school established a teacher's body, composed of big riders, civilians. These riders were coming from Riding School of Versailles, « Tuileries », « Saint-Germain ».
These riders or officer cadets of cavalry formed what we call nowadays the « CADRE NOIR DE SAUMUR ».
At first, the horses were trained for a military usage, based on the academic principles.
On june 28th, 1928 Her royal Higness duchess de berry comes to visit the School, a Carousel is given in its honour.
It is the first time the « CADRE NOIR » makes a show in public.
But at the beginning of the Xxth century, while tanks and aeroplanes appear, the question is « what about the CADRE NOIR », now in the Army?
The French government thinks that the school is part of the History of France and wishes the school to continue.
Fortunately, Equitation becames more popular in the seventies and a lot of horse riding schools is created.
To organize the education of equitation, a school of teachers must be established, with superior diplomas. The school will prepare as well for the high-level competition.
Always based on the same academic principles of the CADRE NOIR, this school provides teachers of high level, able to adapt itself to the present needs.
Military yesterday, civil today. Now the school is also famous for its presentations. The last one was fantastic. There is a riding master who guides the work and the dressage of the horses by the riders. At the same time, the orchestre of the « CADRE NOIR » is playing wellknown classical music and the famous Italian Opera singer, PUCCINI makes the show to be a real pleasure.
