Humans rights.

1. What are human rights?

The human rights are the rights you have when you was born. Everybody has this rights but a lot of countries doesn't respect this rights.

2. When did human rights start?

In 1948 in Paris.

3. Why were they created?

They created against the illegallity between a persons.

4. How many human rights are there?

There are 30 human rights.

5. Which human right were you not familiar with?

Article11:
Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defence.

6. Choose one human right and discuss:

Article 7:
All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.

- Is it fully respected in your country today? Justify with news, comments, studies on the subject (cite the links of your information sources)

In my country, in France the people have the same rights, for example, in the job, the black people have the right to work as same as the white people. A boss, who receives the candidates, does not have the right to refuse one person if this person is black.

- Do you know if it has been respected in the past? Why or why not?

In the past, we know that it has not been respected. Because the laws were made by white people and the black had not rights. For exemple, in south Africa.

-Where in the world is this right not complied with?
For example, in Arabian and Afganistan the women don't have the right to work. These women should stay in house and she don't go out without her husband. I think, it's very unfair because the men can do all they want, not the women.

7. Are Humans rights relevant in the world today? why?
Yes and no depending of the countries, they are relevant because a lot of people continue to fight for them all around the world. For all kind of discriminations.
